Experience Design Strategist, Experience and InnovationChampioning the Voice of the Consumer
We're seeking a strategic thinker who excels in understanding and amplifying the voice of our customer while owning online reputation management and third-party listings for UCHealth.
This role will shape and elevate our online presence to create a seamless, patient-centric experience from across the entire continuum of care. You'll be our champion for the patient and consumer voice, utilizing online reputation management strategies and tools to build trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:Manage UCHealth's online presence:
- Manage and maintain UCHealth's third-party platform profiles (Google Business Profiles, Yelp, Bing, Apple Maps, etc.), including daily request management and operational process support for all pages and key information.
- Craft personalized responses to reviews, fostering positive patient relationships and experiences.
- Leverage analytics tools to track key metrics and measure the effectiveness of online reputation management initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in online reputation management and experience design.
Develop Voice of the Customer tools and resources:
- Analyze online reviews and feedback to identify key patient pain points and opportunities.
- Create an intuitive and user-friendly interface that translates customer feedback and tracks trends and patterns
- Propose and develop innovative solutions to address patient challenges and optimize online performance.
- Implement mechanisms to collect, analyze and integrate ongoing customer feedback to support strategic decision making.
Data and insights support:
- Support the day-to-day needs of the experience strategy and design team by managing data requests, creating supporting documents for presentations and reports, and assisting in the translation of data insights into action.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in third-party listings (Google Business Profiles, Yelp, Bing, Apple Maps, etc.) management and online reputation management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- (Preferred) Strong skills in data visualization, user interface (UI) design, and user experience (UX)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a passion for serving others and turning feedback into meaningful action.
Requirements:- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
- Minimum Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.

The pay range for this position is: $31.61 - $47.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
